**Job Title**: Training Officer (Fixed Term Maternity Cover up to 12 months)
**Location**: Coventry
**Working Hours**:37.5 hours per week
**Salary**: £25,000 per annum
**About the role**
In this exciting role you will co-ordinate, administer and deliver a wide range of training and development programmes across Panahghar services.
You will be expected to develop high quality services ensuring such services are informed by survivor voice and representation.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating, planning, reviewing, designing and developing our annual training and development programmes.
An adaptable and flexible individual who thrives working under pressure, you will have excellent communication skills, fluent in English but also fluent with at least one main BME language.
You will have the ability to organise and prioritise workload and be able to work as part of a team and to use own initiative.
You will need to be able to drive with a current driving license and access to a vehicle and business insurance.
You may have regular contact with vulnerable women at risk, and on occasion their children, and will need to demonstrate commitment to safeguarding and protecting all service users from harm and abuse.
