**What you'll do...**
- Work with the training department to deliver core and local skills required under the competency management system, and act as a lead figure in the successful delivery of local skills driving assessments relating to the CMS implemented at garage.
- Deliver service reliability and quality defined standards to internal/external customers ensuring improvements are monitored as and when required.
- Delivery of all relevant internal audit process, ensuring best practice on all standards and recording outcomes and actions.
- Work closely with Administration to ensure local procedures are adhered to in relation to all on site training records.
- Work to implement the Company’s policies and procedures. Be flexible and adaptable to all tasks undertaken.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new trainee drivers/existing drivers and management.
- Conduct guidance and support meetings as appropriate, in line with awarding body, NX, GoSkills and any funding standards.
- Maintain individual CPC periodic training status.
- Be able to drive on pre-determined routes, in accordance with detailed information on duty boards and rosters, and effectively maintain appropriate time schedules.
- Maintain all areas of personal development to ensure compliance to training delivery and procedures.
- Lead figure in compiling feedback via all relevant reports and recommending possible solutions to line management.

**What you'll need...**
- Must hold a full and valid PCV Licence.
- NVQ Level 2 - Road Passenger Transport.
- Willing and able to complete A2 assessing qualification or equivalent.
- Willing and able to complete Practical Training certificate or equivalent.
- Demonstrate flexibility in juggling the changing demands of the role.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
- Practical problem solver and able to portray role model behaviour within the position
- Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to deal with people effectively, feedback constructively and portray a non judgemental approach to all.
- A Proactive ‘can-do attitude, with strong coordination and organisation skills.
- Exemplar understanding of industry sector, inclusive of legislative / standards for training.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Undertaken and passed all units of Driver Training in the Operational Training Directory as required
- Level 2 - Transport Road Passenger Operations
- Conflict management trained
- Nobody Tries Harder - Customer Service Delivery course
- Level 2 Certificate - Customer Service and Level 2 Diploma - Passenger carrying Vehicle
