**Recruitment Coordinator**

**Location**:Shawfair, Danderhall/BioQuarter, Little France, Edinburgh (there may be some requirement to travel between sites from time-to-time).

**Your dream role**
- An excellent opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team as a **Recruitment Coordinator**.
- Assist in creating and posting job adverts on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Support the pre-employment screening process, including background checks and reference checks.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies, and advise on best practices.
- Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

**About you**
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, previous experience will be in an internal recruitment setting, although agency experience will also be considered.
- Ideally, you will have experience in recruiting within the Life Sciences industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, positive, and forward-looking approach is essential.
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to influence and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Competent in computer packages including Microsoft Office packages and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and deliver results to deadline.
- Excellent attention to detail with a real desire to continually develop and improve our processes.
