**Key Responsibilities**
- Underwriting D & O and Crime policies
- Understanding our marketplace to enable you to negotiate flexibly and appropriately resulting in successful trading
- Identifying broker needs and creating effective solutions
- Providing support and guidance to less experienced colleagues

**About You**
- Considerable knowledge of Underwriting either D&O or Crime - a combination of both would be great but not essential
- Experience of working with insurance brokers and building relationships
- Experience working across both Existing and New business would be beneficial
- Experience working as an underwriter or within a broker specialising in D&O or Crime
