Premier Talent are recruiting for a Senior CRM executive in Bath for an amazing company, offering a superb working environment and great potential for short
- and long-term career development. This is working for a business that has a 20 year heritage andhas doubled in size both from a turnover and headcount point of view.
As well as planning and delivery of CRM communications, you will interrogate the performance of all CRM communications using quantitative and qualitative data plus continuous controlled testing, to understand how best to increase engagement and conversion ofour key customer segments over time.
Reporting to the Group CRM Manager key responsibilities will be as follows
- Work with the Retention Strategy team to optimise existing automated communications flows (e.g. welcome, abandoned basket) and develop new flows to drive conversion and repeat rate, ensuring we are making the best use of insight in the timing, targeting andcontent of those communications.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- The ability to build, schedule, target and report on CRM communications in an ESP, ideally Emarsys
- Ability to work proactively and independently on agreed objectives and deliverables
- Ability to run robust controlled tests to optimize performance
- Experience in interrogating campaign data to understand performance of campaigns beyond the topline number
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create strong working relationships cross functionally
