Since 2012, we have consistently outperformed the market for container modifications, expanding our product range and delivering custom-built, eco-conscious modular solutions for industries including construction, hospitality, engineering and offshore.

The Role

You will drive new business and manage inbound enquiries for our container modification projects, working closely with design and production to deliver tailored solutions and seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors.

· Manage inbound sales enquiries and proactively follow up leads.

· Understand customer needs and present tailored modification solutions.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales with confidence and professionalism.

· Collaborate with design and production teams for smooth project handovers.

· Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance against targets.

Requirements

· Proven sales experience (B2B preferred) in any of the following fields:

· Construction

· Manufacturing

· Modular buildings or related industries.

· Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

· Self-starter attitude with a results-driven mindset and strong pipeline management.

· Ability to manage handling inbound calls/enquiries and qualifying opportunities.

· Ability to manage and exceed sales targets.

· Full UK driving license; occasional on-site client visits required.

Benefits

· Competitive base salary £27,000–£30,000 DOE) + uncapped commission.

· Realistic first-year OTE £50,000 (provable).

· Realistic second-year OTE £70,000 (provable)
