An established, busy and fast-paced Recruitment Agency based in Glasgow is looking to appoint a confident, friendly and motivated Modern Apprentice in an Office Administration Assistant role.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering all reception calls
- Chasing open timesheets
- Processing of manual timesheets
- Processing contractors expenses
- Creating all contractor timesheets including importing of timesheets as per client rota
- Reconciling timesheets to standardised rates & working patterns
- Credit card reconciliation and billing to client accordingly
- Maintaining a high standard of financial administration and record keeping
- Checking contractors compliance on CRM system
Key/ desirable skills required for role:
- Excellent numerical and communication skills
- NAT 5 Qualifications in Business, Administration, IT or Accountancy preferrable
- A working knowledge of windows-based financial packages, strong Excel knowledge and good IT skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight accounts deadlines
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain confidential information is essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
