Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked
- Assist with data entry and record keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including making arrangements for travel and accommodations
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Utilize Google Suite or similar tools to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization, ensuring a professional work environment
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting
- Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar tools for document creation and editing
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software programs

**Salary**: £14,133.47-£27,355.13 per year
