**32.5 hours per week, term time 38 weeks +1 working 39 weeks per year**

The Governing Body wish to appoint a highly motivated and committed Forest School Leader/HLTA, with the vision and enthusiasm to build upon our successes to date.

As our Forest School Leader/HLTA, the successful applicant will demonstrate:

- Their ability as an excellent Forest School practitioner, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning at all times;
- Passion for learning and the ability to encourage, enthuse, motivate & inspire our children through an engaging Forest School curriculum and environment;
- Commitment to school improvement and the aims, purpose & Christian ethos of our Church of England school;
- High expectations of pupil achievement and pupil behaviour and have a clear vision of excellence;
- Commitment to the development of supportive relationships between home, school and outside agencies and be an effective communicator with all members of the school community.
