**Internal Sales Team Leader**

My client is a market leader in the provision of bespoke management software (SAAS) to medical professionals worldwide. A profitable and cash rich company, they score highly on service (tech support), product (the most scaleable on the market) and price (due to a low cost base). They are now looking to grow their team by 50% over the next 18 months and expand their corporate portfolio of clients. As part of their plan to achieve sales growth, they now seek to appoint an Internal Sales Team Leader.
- Reporting to the Head of Strategic Business Operations, as Internal Sales Team Leader you will take responsibility for the company’s team of telesales executives: _
- Implementing a pre-determined sales strategy
- Managing a team of motivated Telesales Executives to deliver consistently
- Growing the number of corporate clients
- Improving the conversion of enquiries to demos booked
- Converting more demos into ‘go lives’
- Presenting to clients alongside the senior leadership team
- Involved in tender writing

- B2B sales
- Internal sales
- Managing an Internal Sales Team
- A consultative sell
- Tender writing
- Working in or selling to the NHS, Dental or Medical sectors (preferable)

Internal Sales Team Leader, Newcastle upon Tyne

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
