CK Group are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes, based in Swindon on a contract basis for 6 months.
**Salary**:
£13 per hour PAYE
**HR Administrator Role**:

- Administration of the pre-employment and new starter processes, including HireRight and pre-employment checks.
- Administration of the new starter induction process, including the setting up and clearing down on induction days.
- Carrying out exit interviews and feeding back leaver trends to HR Business Partner.
- Administration of changes to terms and conditions letters.
- Review and update existing HR policies in line with new employment legislation and best practice. Creating new HR polices to meet business needs.
**Your Background**:

- Minimum 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Maths & English
- Level 3 CIPD is an advantage
- Experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment, preferably in a similar role
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate diplomatic skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
