Recruitment Administrator

**The Role**:
The HR Dept are recruiting now for their next team member. The Recruitment Administrator will support the Recruitment Specialist. They are responsible for providing high quality administration support to the Recruitment Team members and clients.
**The Objectives**
Recruitment Administration:
- Carrying out recruitment administration tasks to support the Recruitment Specialist.
- Creating and updating client policies & procedures to ensure compliance with employment law and good recruitment practices
- Supporting formal meetings on behalf of clients as note taker
- Supporting training activity by preparing training materials for presentations when required
- Liaising with clients and coordinating communication for recruitment.
- Escalating client recruitment issues to the appropriate team member as required
- Recording all work undertaken on timesheets, and utilising Dashboards (where applicable)
- Compliance with Company governance procedures.

- Commercially aware of external clients’ needs with the ability to develop sustainable and productive relationships
- Strong communication with the ability to present information accurately, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to demonstrate effective listening, questioning and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and can perform tasks with care
- Ability to prioritise tasks by importance and meet crucial deadlines
- Self-motivated and organised
- Uses initiative to solve problems and drive work forward
- Proficient use of Microsoft packages

**£20K to £25K per annum DOE, 33 Days holiday (including Bank Holidays), Health Cash Plan, Free parking at our Swindon Office, Great team environment and support.
