We are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team, on a 12month fixed-term contract, working between 21 - 25 hours per week at our Swindon offices located on key transport links in the town centre.

**Role context and purpose**:
Working closely with and supporting the Recruitment Co-ordinator in all aspects of recruitment administration, ensuring all recruitment and onboarding administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Upload job roles and recruitment adverts for both internal and external vacancies.
- Ensure the efficient co-ordination of interviews and assessments.
- Send provisional offers, conduct UK right to work checks, and any other required pre-employment checks as necessary.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking data and recruitment records in line with the relevant Company privacy and data retention policies.
- Carry out and support additional administrative tasks as required by the Head of HR to support the wider HR team as necessary.
- Flexibility is required of all job holders to adjust responsibilities as required from time to time by their Line Manager/Divisional Director.
- The content and reporting lines detailed in this job description may be reviewed and changed from time to time to reflect organisational requirements.
- Continually looking at ways to make improvements to systems, processes and procedures.
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
**Education & Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade grades 9 to 4 (A* to C))
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade grades 9 to 4 (A* to C))
**Experience**
- Proven experience in office administration and support, ideally in a HR/Recruitment focussed role
**Competencies & skills**
- Excellent administration skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customer-focussed approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly accurate.
- Highly organised and adaptable with good prioritisation skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure within time constraints.
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships at all levels.
- Supportive team player.
- Self-motivated to achieve tasks with limited supervision.
**Knowledge**
- Good understanding of pre-employment checks including right to work.
- Basic knowledge of Data Protection legislation would be advantageous.
