The Job

Are you passionate about technology, driven to help others succeed, and ready to make an impact? As a Software Trainer you’ll be at the heart of client onboarding and retention, making sure customers are empowered to adopt and thrive with our products.

**Salary**: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Location: UK, Remote

What You’ll Do- Train traditional customer workflows, enabling customers to adopt our products in their business.- Provide data & design services to customers such as creating reports or output documents.- Assist senior staff by working collaboratively to provide training or data & design services to new or expansion clients.- Tackle moderately challenging problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.- Develop and maintain product knowledge, including staying up to date with recent product releases.- Leverage intermediate business acumen and industry insights to provide effective outcomes for customers.- Contribute to customer outreach campaigns and facilitate feature-based workshops or group learning as required.- Facilitate training sessions using a variety of online or face-to-face formats. This may require travel.

What You’ll Bring- Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.- A proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.- A passion for helping customers achieve success by guiding them through our product offerings.- The ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide engaging, effective training.
