My client a reputable and established Membership Faculty based in Central London is currently searching for a Committee Support Officer & PA to CEO

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY DUTIES**

Committee Support
- Support the CEO and Faculty Manager in all committee and board administration, including organising/scheduling meetings, producing agendas and papers, and taking minutes and recording actions.
- Ensure information is continuously updated for all boards, Sub-committees and working parties, including in a central filing system, Teams, mailing lists and on the website.
- Support the CEO in pulling together information for annual reports, research and working party trackers

CEO Support
- Responsible for managing the Chief Executive's diary and ensuring they are aware of the actions and deadlines relating to them
- Maintaining the corporate calendar (including Board, Council & Committee meetings)
- Preparing Documents, PowerPoint presentations and Papers for the Chief Executive

General Responsibilities
- Work to ensure an inclusive approach to members
- Comply with all statutory and organisation health and safety and security requirements
- Adhere to all the Faculty's Policies and Procedures
- Actively champion and promote the Faculty's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion policies
- Support and contribute to the overall success of the Faculty
- Alongside your key duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience of formal meeting and agenda management and minute taking for committees and groups.
- Action log management
- Experienced administrator with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence and ability to communicate and manage stakeholders at all levels with tact and diplomacy.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in updating records and enjoys working with numbers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, other languages a plus
- Excellent organisation skills and an ability to manage and prioritise challenging workloads
- Strongly results oriented, ability to work independently and show initiative
- Ability to balance several different tasks simultaneously in order to meet deadlines
- Views individual differences as a way to build new ideas and innovations.
- Previous experience of a membership organisation (desirable)
- Experience working with digital membership communities (desirable)
