Tech Transformation Project & PMO Lead - Remote (UK) - 12 Months - £700-750 per day

Next Ventures enterprise client is going through a global tech transformation programme and are looking for a Transformation Lead that can double up as a Project manager and Head of PMO assisting the Programme Directors & CIO. This will be for a multi country, multi project tech roll out of Salesforce, a new web platform and pricing engine. You will be managing the PMO and be responsible for the governance framework which is already in place but will need some improvement. Along with this you will be expected to take hold of the supplier relationship with Capgemini and PWC. Working closely with the supplier & internal teams, ensuring they are working to strict SLA’s and reporting critical information into the Programme Directors.

**Key skills**:

- 10 years+ of PMO & Project Management experience
- Experience of multi-regional technical transformations
- Experience of customer focused transformations
- Experience of change & transformation within big four
- Self-starter & good communicator

**You will be expected to provide the programme management team with**:

- On time accurate status reports & information
- Proactively identifying forthcoming milestones and tasks that are late and at risk of being late
- Enforcing project planning and management standards
- Drive actions across countries to a timely implementation
- Preparing for weekly meeting cadence - ensuring reports and data is ready
- Preparing the storyboard and pack for Steer cos
- Proactively identifying top risks and issues for resolution
- Working with two suppliers - Capgemini and PWC - to maintain quality standards, reporting consistency, deliverable standards and utilising their best practice tooling
- Handling requests for information from the cross programme transformation office
- Working with the country PMs to do the above
- Keeping an eye of people satisfaction and initiatives to enhance it
