**The role**

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented BMS Project Coordinator to join our End User Projects & Major Projects Team. As the backbone of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes and procedures that keep our projects running efficiently from inception to completion.

**You will**
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining project documentation.
- Optimise processes by streamlining project workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide team support, serving as the key administrative contact for the End User Projects & Major Projects team.
- Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Solve problems proactively, addressing challenges and identifying solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.

**You Have**:

- Proven experience in office administration or project coordination, preferably in the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) or construction industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
