**Salary**:

- £24,000 p.a.

**Hours** - 37 per week worked Monday to Friday. No weekends or night work.

**Location** - Sidcup

**About the role** - This is a new role based at the company head office, and reports to the Group Housing Manager. Your role will be to ensure tenants receive a high quality housing support service. Duties include visiting properties providing help to tenants with benefits, reporting of repairs, health and safety checks, up keeping of records, compiling summary reports and work alongside outside agencies to address any identified risks in a timely manner.

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
