Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but don’t worry if you don’t have any formal care background. We can teach you the skills of a good HCA. What we want is the right kind of person who will thrive in this important work.

You will be a compassionate, enthusiastic and confident individual, who is able to provide (following training) the highest standard of patient care, under supervision. You will need to be able to prioritise, work under pressure and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will need to be reliable, hardworking and trustworthy.

- Willing to work towards NVQ Level 2 / HSC Diploma level 2 / Intermediate apprenticeship level 2
