Renewals Specialist

**As Vitality continues to grow so does our need for world class Advisors. We are looking for best Customer Sales people to join our Retention Department as a Renewals Advisor. This is a hybrid role where you work from the office and at home to help with a healthy work life balance supporting our Vitality Brand. In return for this you are rewarded with a a starting salary of £21,000 going up to £22,000 once probation is passed. OTE up to £32,800.**

**Renewals Advisor Overall Job Purpose**:

- The role will develop a high level of technical expertise and be an expert in customer service, sales and the re-selling of the Vitality product as well as managing workflow and ensuring service level metrics are delivered. This role will suit someone with a passion for high level customer service. You will be provided with the training and support to be an expert in retention and service processes and procedures.

**Accountabilities**
- Answering Inbound calls and written enquiries from our brokers who are querying the current product.
- Work closely with the Team Managers and wider teams to ensure that our customers remain an advocate for a successful renewal of their Vitality’s product.
- Working to individual targets and maximising productivity.
- Ensure each person is treated as an individual and provide a positive experience ensuring all communications are relevant and consistent.
- To maintain a positive and pro-active manner in carrying out all tasks, acting as a champion for change.
- Maintain a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

**Skills Required**:

- Natural ability to engage and influence people at all levels.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent communication skills including ability to navigate around a computer.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in a customer service/sales role.
- You will have experience of working in a regulated financial services operational environment.
- You will have an understanding of Health Insurance servicing or have a sales/retention background.
