**What this role is all about**:
You will be responsible for the renewal negotiations of a portfolio of Vitality Health’s corporate policies for businesses with less than 200 employees. This will be achieved through responsibility for all renewal negotiations so requires an understanding of Private Medical Insurance and/or sales experience in financial services.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to begin or develop a career in sales and account management who has strong organisational, analytical and predominantly written communication skills. Potential for huge personal development by joining an established sales and account management team.
**Key Actions**
- Negotiation and renewal of the annual corporate contracts for all intermediated schemes with less than 200 employees (approx. 100 clients).
- Maintaining and developing key relationships with internal stakeholders, to include Vitality’s Corporate Underwriting team.
- Building strong broker relationships.
- Delivering mid-year client review meetings.
- Arrange own work load to include daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
- Reporting of retention renewals status.
- Messaging to brokers and clients about Vitality’s full Private Medical Insurance and Wellbeing Programme and Services.
**Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role**:
- Experience of working in with Private Medical Insurance or financial services.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience of prioritising multiple work items and delivering to strict deadlines.
- Experience translating key data into sales messaging.
- Ability to demonstrate a strong passion for the Vitality product and brand.
**Desired Skills needed to fulfil this role**:
- Understanding of health insurance servicing or sales / retention and insurance broker distribution models
- Some sales experience either through new business sales or account management.
- Prior sales experience within Vitality Health.
