**About the role**:
One YMCA is poised and ready to enter a period of rapid expansion and growth, with aspirations to both diversify and strengthen our housing provision. As part of these exciting plans, we have newly established a Property Services team which will focus on providing a full range of maintenance and health and safety works that includes delivering our unique programme of major stock refurbishment.
The Property Coordinator is an exciting new role which will be responsible for the delivery of an effective property compliance, maintenance and repairs service on behalf of One YMCA’s residential and commercial premises. You will also be responsible for helping to ensure that One YMCA meets all statutory and regulatory compliance in the maintenance and improvement of its properties and will manage the performance of contractors.

NEBOSH or IOSH qualified (desirable)
- Demonstrable experience of working in a safety, compliance and repairs role
- Extensive technical knowledge of health and safety regulations, governance and compliance.
- Knowledge and experience of providing reactive and cyclical repairs
- Proven experience of undertaking risk assessments, workplace inspections and investigating accidents.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and associated risks and compliance issues.
- Experience of gathering and analysing the implications for the business and reporting on key H&S data/statistics
