The Integrated Communications Specialist is a visible and crucial communications role that connects EA and its brands with players in local countries through daily engagement. As part of the International Integrated Communications team you will use deep game expertise with influencer relationships and a great understanding of the social media space, to deepen overall player engagement and sentiment for EA SPORTS FC and other EA SPORTS franchises inside the Nordic territory and market.

You will report directly to the Integrated Communications Manager, GSA and will collaborate with teams around the business. You will ensure that strategies are managed in-market and provide a high quality and cohesive user experience inside and outside of our games.

Main Responsibilities
- Be a strategic expert for community best practices, implementing them locally.
- Represent EA in your market on relevant platforms and establish relationships with influencers.
- Develop local creator and influencer campaigns, analysing player sentiment and providing actionable feedback.
- Be the voice of the local community, fostering open dialogue between influencers, players, and multiple EA teams.
- Activate global plans at a local level, overseeing local PR/social/influencer agencies and live events.
- Develop community platforms for player engagement, building community activities and influencer events.
- Ensure compliance with all Electronic Arts policies, coordinating and sharing best practices with other EA Communications Managers.
- Support an always-on approach to flagging game issues or service risks, assisting with communications around game and live service issues.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, QA, Live Service teams to enhance the player experience and business health.
- Maintain a positive reputation within the community and at work, dedicating time to playing the games you represent.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for sports or in playing EA titles and games from other publishers.
- Experience in online communities, social media, influencer management, or content creation.
- Demonstrated writing, grammar, and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of best practices for managing communities or creating marketing strategies with influencers.
- Fluent in English and one Nordic language native.
