**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement effective tutoring strategies that enhance student understanding and retention of material.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- Provide support for students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate guidance and resources.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Monitor student performance and adjust teaching methods accordingly to maximise learning outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children of various age groups.
- Strong understanding of special education principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students and their families.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed academically.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
- Relevant qualifications in education or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
