**Unqualified Teacher/SEN Tutor**

Engage Education are currently working in partnership with a specialist school on an exciting new Unqualified Teacher/SEN Tutoring position in the Wakefield area.

Starting immediately, the school is looking for an outstanding Unqualified Teacher/SEN Tutor on a permanent basis.

The school caters for young people aged 7-16 all of whom have social, emotional, and mental health issues and who require a smaller personalised education environment to that in a mainstream setting.

This role is for a Unqualified Teacher/SEN Tutor to cover ICT and computing.

**Your Role**:

- Delivering ICT lessons
- Working with other support staff to engage pupils in class
- Providing feedback to teachers and parents
- You will be assisting pupils with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties and other Learning Disabilities

- A range of behaviour management techniques
- To have worked with learners with a range of needs
- The ability to re-engage a young person in learning through a range of methods
- To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time
