We are a looking for an enthusiastic and committed marketing professional to join our Support Centre team as a Senior Marketing Executive.
This role sits in a large marketing and digital team, with responsibility for the planning, implementation and administration of national tactical marketing activity across both our B2B and B2C markets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating, supporting and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that effectively support our B2B segmentations and corporate clients. These marketing campaigns should be consistent with our brand identity, strategic goals and deliver on our team vision.
- To be the key member of the team responsible for Thought Leadership seminar and webinar management including venue selection and booking, event logistics, system management and roll out of thought leadership events - (round tables, product launches, seminars,online webinars and hospitality).
- Liaison and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, agencies, suppliers and partner organisations.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and social media related materials for employer, employee, PMI and NHS facing customers.
- To be the B2B marketing lead and super user for Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns.
- To be the key marketing support to the corporate client directors as and when support is required.
- Supporting with new and existing business tenders, working with a variety of stakeholders.
- Overall marketing support to the B2B and B2C marketing team which consists of a senior marketing managers and marketing managers.
- Act as the key contact for all 37 hospitals supporting them with marketing requests and advising them on local projects
- Support the B2C senior marketing manager to develop timely creation and delivery of assets to support to annual ATL campaigns to ensure Brand Strategy and Commercial targets
- Understand integrated channel market and support the development of multi-channel marketing plans relevant to target audiences and pertinent business area.
- Work alongside key customer functions like digital, comms etc. to ensure integrated channel strategies that are effectively planned and delivered.
**Experience, knowledge, expertise and competencies**:
- Minimum of three years previous experience in a marketing position.
- Experience of working in a B2B or B2C environment implementing campaigns direct to either a corporate market or a self-pay market.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with an interest in data analysis and data driven marketing.
- Strong project management/organisational skills.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and creating engaging presentations
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to work well with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external partners and proactively contribute ideas
- Passionate about delivering effective marketing campaigns to build usage and sales of products and services and bring creative flair to developing our audience engagement.
- Must have an understanding of commercial awareness and how campaigns can affect the external environment and drive sales.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining close attention to detail.
- ECRM experience, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other automated ESP is desirable.
**Location**:Our Support Centre is located in the heart of the town - 5 minutes' walk from Epsom train station, which is just 35 minutes from London Waterloo and 46 minutes from London Victoria. This role is hybrid with WFH and in office options.
