**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to post-sale support.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to assist in product development.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage but not required.
