With a focus on providing high quality solutions and customer service excellence, we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our promotional merchandise division.

**Job Overview**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with industry knowledge and previous sales and account manager experience to join our office based sales team, working closely with the Sales Director. This role is centered around getting to know and working with a range of customers and prospects, building multiple relationships and understanding their business needs in order to help sell a vast arrange of print and promotional products. You will have the scope to manage your own accounts and seize every opportunity to maximize growth.

Reports to: Sales Director

Also liaises with: Design Team, Production Team, External Suppliers, Finance

**Role Objectives and Responsibilities**

To be a key member of the sales team working on a range of customer accounts principally dealing with printed and promotional products, with key objectives as follows:

- Preparing and sending quotations for customers and prospects following up as required to secure an order.
- Liaising with design studio regarding artwork/visuals and managing the proofing process with clients.
- Processing orders and managing through production, ensuring that promised delivery dates are met.
- Establish and maintain a strong ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with clients, helping them to achieve their goals by providing solutions to their needs.
- Ensure all customer queries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.
- Meet weekly sales targets by maximising all enquiries and opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling.
- Ensure correct, on-time delivery for clients on every order.
- Ensure that margins are maintained to agreed levels.
- Have a positive can-do approach to the client, always ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a network of senior contacts within your client base.
- Ensuring a high standard of timely action to result in complete client satisfaction.

**Role Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following characteristics:

- Positive, proactive, and punctual.
- Accuracy in record keeping.
- Clear thinker with good communication skills and organising ability.
- Able to build good relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Accuracy and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Good IT skills including MS Office.
- Graduate or education to at least good ‘A’ level standard or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ relevant industry experience.
- Previous 2 years’ experience working in an account manager role.
- Inquisitiveness to hunt out opportunities.
- Experience using workflow management software such as Clarity.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
