**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Support Workers to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in Old Colwyn. As a Care Support Worker, you will assist clients in maintaining their independence, enhancing their quality of life, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while respecting their dignity and privacy.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
- Administer medications in accordance with prescribed schedules, maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, considering dietary requirements and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and identifying potential hazards.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in conversation and activities to promote mental well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the healthcare team.
- Assist with implementing therapy plans, exercises, and rehabilitation routines.
- Promote independence and encourage clients to participate in daily activities to the best of their ability.
- Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and relevant regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience in a similar care role is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, patience, and empathy
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move clients safely.
