There will also be more challenging aspects to the role such as incident management and de-escalation of challenging behaviours. Our young people are very adventurous and engage in a variety of activities including going to theme parks, horse Riding, attending driving lessons, they also like to camp out so you will be encouraged to bring your hobbies to work and create new ideas of interests so there is lots of fun and new experiences.
