- Design and delivery of structured mentoring programmes; both cross-company and internal
- Design and delivery of development programmes (inclusive leadership, women’s development, keynotes and masterclasses)

We are looking for an enthusiast Digital Event Co-ordinator with an eye for detail and a flair for engaging people. Someone who prides themselves on their organisational skills and ability to multitask. You will be responsible for the operational delivery of online events, and whilst we don’t expect you to be technician, it would help if you can successfully troubleshoot minor issues to ensure smooth running of our events. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Observe and maintain the quality standards of events and contribute to their continuous improvement
- Full project management of assigned events including pre-event and post event planning
- Set up events on digital platforms
- Manage the automation of processes wherever possible to reduce administration and improve effectiveness
- Produce delegate packs, joining instructions and organise briefings
- Create and analyse post event surveys
- Co-ordinate promotional mailings, communications and update delegate records
- Identify improvement opportunities for the user experience and process automation
- Work with the marketing coordinator to advertise and enhance your event
- Maintain and answering queries from the events inbox
- Undertake other administrative duties as required
**About you**

You will be a strong communicator and able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders and teams. You should be solutions focused and able to seek out efficient and logical ways to improve processes in the team.
