Brand Manager - Melton Mowbray - up to £45k

Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for a Brand Manager. Working for a thriving organisation, the Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand of the business.

The role of the Brand Manager
- Lead design, functionality, and content refreshment of the company website in line with brand values and direction, with the support of a digital agency. Includes but not limited to:

- Identifying and planning wire frame map of the site ensuring optimum consumer journey
- Custodian of the brand and design in line with brand guidelines
- Collating and managing content bible for entire site, ideally with some copywriting experience
- Consideration on how we can construct the website to maximise DTC/online purchase in the near future
- Identifying assets required and budgets associated
- Building critical path to ensure project remains on track
- Agency management
- On site shop development to bring company brands to life and make it an inspiring place to go with a farm shop feel. Includes but not limited to:

- Extensive review of current shop capabilities and aspirational mood-board
- Short term quick wins plan and longer-term development plan in line with business objectives to premiumise shop
- Identifying assets required and budgets associated
- Building critical path to ensure project remains on track
- Inspiring shop team as appropriate through timeline of implementation
- Supporting Senior Brand Manager with other ad hoc tasks which could include Trade Show/Consumer Show co-ordination, marketing POS/asset development.
- Copywriting experience
- Web design/development experience
- Preferably experience of marketing/ecommerce of products
