Quantitative Associate Director.

We’re looking for a Quantitative Associate Director (or mixed methods/dualist Associate Director to join (in our opinion ) one of the most exciting insight agencies in the whole of the UK

**The client**:
They’re a funky mixed-methods insight agency who opened a UK office in the last couple of years. They're a team of 24 people in total, half based in Dublin and half in Leeds. The Leeds team have grown from 0 to 12 in 2 years They work with clients on Irish projects as well as projects looking at the UK market and internationally too. They’re tech lead and have a suite of scalable solutions, recently launching their own community/panel offering and using data visualisation tools to present insights to clients.

Clients are across sectors from
**FMCG to Retail to Tech to Finance to Public Sector**. Some big names include
**Amazon, Lidl & Britvic**. What’s really interesting about them is they’ve formed a partnership with a number of other agencies including a creative agency, a digital agency, an eCommerce agency and a PR agency. There’s a lot of cross agency collaboration on big client projects Combined the group are about
**200 employees strong** (and growing - recently opening up offices in the US and the Middle East)

They’re a super fun team, really friendly, they have a laugh with each other and don’t take themselves too seriously.

**The role**:
Associate Directors play a central and senior role in a team of passionate qualitative and quantitative researchers, committed to delivering the best possible research and insights for clients. You’ll take the lead on building and deepening excellent client relationships and excellent project delivery, as well as proposal writing and winning business. As an experienced research expert, you will inspire both clients and our more junior members of staff in terms of what good research can do for their business.

Associate Directors are still hands on with research so you’ll be expect to ‘get your hands dirty’, but the emphasis is on presenting insights, delighting clients and inspiring junior researchers.

**Skills required**:

- 5 + years Market research experience
- End to end project management experience in quant research projects.
- Excellent client management
