Night Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a SPAR Store evening Supervisor, at our busy Store in Louth Market Place. We are looking for an experienced supervisor who is motivated, friendly, hands-on and passionate about their store. Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will support the Store Manager to maximise sales and profit, lead and develop their team, control costs and leakage and provide a friendly, excellent service to customers, colleagues and visitors.

Your role will include Controlling costs and waste
- Till operation and cash handling
- Controlling and replenishing stock levels
- Maintaining security within the store according to Company procedures
- Ensuring that all store standards including customer service, health and safety, and food and hygiene are maintained
- ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, General cleaning duties
- Maintain and up date company paperwork and will be responsible for the safe and secure cashing up and closing of the store.

- Adopts a 'can do' attitude to challenging situations, is able to work as part of a team but also on their own initiative
