Pertemps Lincoln are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join our client’s well-established transport business based in Louth. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent, full-time work with an immediate start available. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team, playing a key part in keeping operations running smoothly through the night.   What will I be doing as a Night Yard Operative? Securing and strapping loads to ensure they are ready for transport Opening and closing curtain-sided vehicles as part of loading preparation Assisting with the loading and unloading of HGV vehicles Supporting the night shunter as required Following all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work Reporting any safety concerns promptly to supervisors  What skills and experience do I need? Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team Good attention to detail and focus on safety Reliable, motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn  What hours will I be working? Sunday to Thursday nights 20:00 – 06:00 (five shifts per week) Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate  What will I be paid?
