Primarily using our 'Big Change' scheduling system your role will be very varied including, but not limited to:

- Processing and loading new washroom installations or maintenance orders or needs
- Loading online required equipment for the above jobs
- Liaising with customers to schedule & confirm installation dates
- Creating job cards and forwarding works instructions to engineers' tablets
- Proactively scheduling routine service visits in line with contract frequency whilst adhering to our engineer’s designated service areas.
- Scheduling urgent repair or maintenance call outs, maximising efficiencies with appropriate route planning and property access times

You will need to demonstrate confident planning and scheduling experience alongside an ability to retain complex information, work methodically to organise and prioritise work. You should also be able to evidence:

Working in our Edenbridge head office, you will play a crucial part in the overall success of our operations department and will be welcomed into our existing, friendly team.

We are offering a starting salary of £26,000 per annum, (reviewed following a satisfactory probation period), membership of our company pension scheme, access to private healthcare, 25 days annual leave plus all normal Bank Holidays and hours of work of Monday - Friday 9am to 5:00pm and free onsite parking.
