A Conference venue that is a great place to work and offers fresh seasonal menus using locally sourced produce is recruiting a**Sous chef**. The venue has a range of suites that can cater for small private meeting rooms to conference facilitiesfor up to 300 covers, and provides events throughout the year. As Sous Chef you will be working with a great fun filled team supporting the Head Chef, and monitoring the junior chefs in a fast paced environment. This role is just 35 hours per week, most Sundaysoff and a rota to work Saturdays to ensure a work life balance is achieved for the team in the kitchen.

**Requirements**:
This would suit an experienced Sous Chef who has worked within fine dining and also venues that cater for large numbers using fresh produce. Knowledge of kitchen paperwork is essential to assist the Head Chef to comply with kitchen legislation.
