**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations within the area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor productivity levels and implement strategies for improvement where needed.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the workplace.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Address any employee concerns or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a harmonious work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role is essential.
- Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
