**Support Worker - Thetford**

Better Healthcare provides support to a client which delivers care to adults with learning disabilities and physical impairments. This service consists of 3 bungalows which are within walking distance of each other.

You will be responsible for ensuring the clients are supported in building up their confidence and achieving their goals. Each client has their own individual needs and you will encourage them to learn new skills to live as independently as possible.

Main responsibilities:

- Some personal care
- Maintaining good mental well-being
- Supporting with trips out into the community
- Encouraging independence
- Safeguarding the service users and reporting any concerns
