**JMR Bank Support Worker**

**Location: Thetford, Norfolk**

**Hours: Flexible, full-time, part-time**

**Pay: £16.00 - £18.00 per hour**

JMR Healthcare Ltd are looking for an experienced Bank Support Worker who has experience in working with challenging behaviours to join our residential service in Thetford, Norfolk.

**As a Bank Support Worker, you will be able to do the following**:

- Provide effective day to day shift cover that supports the needs of the client.
- Take part in all aspects of the daily running of the provision, including working with our service user in line with their agreed support plan
- Be able to respond positively to challenges, be reflective self-motivating, creative and a team player.
- Maintain and develop yourself as well as develop positive links in the local community.
- Deliver the highest standards of care and support on a consistent basis.
- Be fully compliant with the organisational values and requirements of the provision.
- Sound I.T. and numerical skills along with a flexible, resilient, and thoughtful approach to your practice.

You **MUST **have:

- **At least 2 years working as a support worker or healthcare assistant within a challenging behaviour environment.**:

- **Experience working with individuals who display behaviours that may challenge.**:

- **Must be passionate about making a real difference to young people's lives, and supporting them to be as independent, safe, healthy, and happy as they can be.**:

- **Theoretical and practical experience working with vulnerable young people and children.**:

- **Strong team player.**:

- **Flexibility in your work pattern.**:

- **Right to work in the UK.**:

- **Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards gaining the qualification - CYP**

**This post will require an Enhanced DBS check to be processed** **for the successful applicant.**
