The business offers a flexible working environment with flexible start/end times and 2-3 days from home a week (post Covid). The business is located in Central Derby and offer excellent work life balance and benefits.
**What We Need From You**
My client really values Agile advocates that will help drive a collaborative culture. They want to hire someone who can drive technology and process choices - and they want someone who will be proactive in sharing knowledge across the business.
Key skills:

- Must be eager to learn with a technical mind-set.
- Any experience in UI automation tools like Selenium/Protractor/Cypress etc would be a bonus
- Good experience in API testing using Swagger, Postman and automation of API testing using Jmeter/RestAssured/Karate etc.
- Experience in performance testing using Jmeter or any equivalent tool.
- Good knowledge of AWS is an added advantage.
- Experience with software tools for planning and tracking the workflow of test cases and new project work.
- Previous experience working within an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Any related testing qualifications would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment working towards tight deadlines.

Salary up to £35,000 + share options + regular work from home options.
