We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the team. The role will sit within the CX department and report directly to the Commercial Director. The key to success in this role is ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything you doand that all customer interaction is positive to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Key Duties include**:

- Ensure high levels of customer excellence throughout all work performed
- Understanding the customers requirements by asking questions to engage the customer and where relevant, making a sales
- Log all customer queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner across our portals and any other forums as required
- Work closely with the Operation team and other 3rd parties to follow up and resolve any dispatch issues.
- Impart to the Director any suggestions to improve and flag reoccurring issues within the customer experience, based on customer feedback
- Ensure all complaints/queries are reported and fed back to the management teams
- Fulfil all Ad hoc admin duties
- Utilise and develop template response library
- Self-serving and showing initiative to understand business process changes
- Ensure effective communication within the team by taking part in regular team briefing sessions
- Choose to have a sympathetic attitude toward others, and a willingness to do good for our team, colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

**Key Skills**:

- Min. 2 years experience
- Preferably in the retail industry
- Experience in using Trustpilot and Gorgias
- Good customer service experience
- Embraces a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work to deadlines.

This role will be based in the Head Office in Enfield.
