Our Client, a leading car dealership group are currently looking for a **Customer Service Advisor** join their business based out of their Toyota Enfield Dealership.
The **Customer Service Advisor** is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and retention within their centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to make their first move into a premium automotive dealer group.
Key responsibilities of a **Customer Service Advisor**
- Actively managing a pipeline of leads and working closely with the sales team in the centre to deliver a personalised customer experience.
- Works closely with the Group Renewals Manager, who is responsible for leading the overall approach to customer retention.
To be a **Customer Service Advisor**
- Have first class customer service skills
- Experience working within retail sales, hospitality or premium customer service roles
- Be a dynamic and personable individual who is willing to learn
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have a proactive and independent nature
**About the Company**
- Basic salary of £35,000 p.a.
