**Job Description: Senior Administrator**

**Reports to: Finance Manager**

**Person Specification**
- Excellent communication, organisational and ICT skills.
- Ability to organise own workload and determine priorities within the working day
- Good time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

**Experience / Qualifications**
- Previous administrative experience essential
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages - Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Highly organised, flexible with good communication and keyboard skills

**Responsibilities**
- To support the Finance Manager in the efficient and effective management and administration of the organisation, providing advice and guidance on administrative matters and implementing new ways of working, when applicable: - Raising and sending customer invoices and statements;
- Chasing and updating Purchase Order records, Keeping the records up to date;
- Updating the customer accounts, Issuing of credit notes
- Oversee the smooth running of various contracts in accordance with the policies and procedures set out by the organisation and contract requirements
- General administration and full management of our fleet network -Updating driver records/insurance/sorting PCNs/checking licences and managing accident reports etc.
- Managing Mobile Phone Contracts
- Manage office equipment and supplies
- Maintain targets and KPI’s and act on any urgent instructions received
- Communicate with other members of the team accordingly
- Issue a regular update to inform all parties of report quantities at each stage for weekly target
- General communication/correspondence with clients
- To undertake any necessary training and development.
- Any other administrative duties as and when required.
