Client Administrator

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Client Administrator to join our team. If you have a background in Financial Services, have excellent time management, and love being part of a cohesive team, this could be the ideal role for you This role will be full time, however we are open to someone wanting a part-time position.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
In this dynamic position, you’ll work closely with Paraplanners to ensure smooth and efficient client service. Your tasks will include:
- Efficient **Diary Management** for yourself, colleagues and clients
- **Business Submissions** and ongoing support for new and existing business
- Conducting **Fund Analysis, Valuations, ISA & Pension Contributions**:
- Submitting **Letters of Authority**:
- Preparing **Client Presentations** and providing **Ad hoc support** for Paraplanners
**What We're Looking For**:
If you are organised, disciplined, and have a talent for multi-tasking, you’ll thrive in this role. Previous experience in an administration role is essential, preferably within the financial services sector. Your skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a back-office system / CRM (we use Prestwood / Truth) will be key assets in supporting the team effectively.
