**SENIOR MERCHANDISER | HIGH WYCOMBE**
We’re looking for an outstanding Senior Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team and play a key role in working very closely with the Buying team, key Suppliers and the Allocations team to ensure that the Trading Strategy is translated into an effective Merchandising strategy which delivers sales, stock and profit targets.
You’ll provide direction, management, and coaching to the merchandising team to ensure they are able to meet the requirements of their roles, as well as produce timely, accurate and relevant management reports that drive improvement actions.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Manage key suppliers alongside your buying counterpart and manage merchandising activities to make sure of consistent delivery of relevant department KPI’s as well as contributing to the achievement of key business objectives.
- Manage the Slimstock demand forecasting and supplier ordering systems and manage team-wide processes to drive positive change.
- Keep track of supplier performance to ensure that stock is delivered on time and in full, acting when problems arise.
- Work with the Head of Merchandising to refine and adjust stock budgets in line with the budget and QF cycle.
- Close co-ordination with the Logistics Team to make sure that your teams decisions can be carried out logístically.
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Deep experience in every facet of merchandising.
- Management experience with developing a small team, with an enthusiastic attitude towards growth and improvement.
- An understanding of the fragrance market, with a high understanding of demand forecasting, ordering systems and techniques to deliver high stock availability.
- Analysis skills, ability to interpret data and trends, partnered with clear communication.
- Good knowledge of promotional activity and the drivers to manage efficient promotional stock replenishment
