We have an exciting opportunity for a Application Support Coordinator to join our small but growing Distribution team.

**What you would do as our Application Support Coordinator**:
In addition to supporting the Technical Lead in the day-to-day management of team scheduling and administration tasks, you will:
- Monitor development status of supporting systems, including testing initial software deliveries from supporting systems/teams.
- Communicate with internal on-site and virtual teams to update on progress, investigate and triage issues to ensure sufficient information has been provided and the issue is assigned to the correct team.
- Deploy new software and install new environments.
- Perform initial team QA testing to ensure requirements have been met prior to handover to the testing teams.
- Assist in handover sessions to explain functionality to the Testing teams.
**Requirements**:
**To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate competence and experience in the following**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Taking responsibility for tasks and enjoying working on a variety of projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of frontend development (including JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and XML.
- Experience working in Windows, IIS, Postman and PowerShell are preferred.
- Previous PMO experience is desirable, including using project management tools (such as Trello, Jira).
- Previous experience working in IT Software, ideally within the travel industry.
