- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to upsell menu items and enhance guest experience.
- Ensure tables are clean, set up correctly, and cleared promptly after use.
- Handle guest queries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with basic food safety procedures and adhere to hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods through effective time management.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques.
- Familiarity with food preparation processes and kitchen operations is beneficial.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Basic maths skills for handling bills and processing payments accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Upselling techniques to promote specials and increase sales opportunities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and guests seamlessly.
