Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the F&B operations, including the Brownie Bar, Whisky & Cocktail Bar, and The Estate Room.
- Ensure all F&B services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Train, manage, and lead the F&B team to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B teams to develop menus and special offerings that reflect the unique character of each outlet.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring all outlets are well-stocked and operational.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing solutions that exceed expectations.
- Monitor the F&B budget, focusing on cost control and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Report to the F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role, ideally within a multi-outlet environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work across different outlets and adapt to the unique demands of each.
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality or culinary arts would be an advantage.
