**Position**: Food & Beverage Assistant

**Salary**: £12.40 per hour

**Job Summary**:
The Loch Rannoch Hotel, a **thriving 4-star resort** in the stunning Scottish Highlands, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic **Food & Beverage Assistant** to join our dynamic team. Working across our popular outlets - **The Estate Room** (AA Rosette-awarded fine dining), **The Wild Brownie** (family-friendly pub), and takeaway services - you will play a key role in delivering **exceptional guest experiences** for residents, timeshare guests, and non-residents alike.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a **busy and rewarding environment**, supporting the smooth operation of our **breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner**, and bar services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Service**:

- Provide a warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver items in a timely, professional manner.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and events.
- Maintain clean and organised service stations, ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times.
- **Teamwork**:

- Work closely with colleagues across **The Estate Room**, **The Wild Brownie**, and the bar, as well as kitchen teams and reception team to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with stock control, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages to supervisors.
- **Standards and Compliance**:

- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including maintaining cleanliness and adhering to hotel SOPs.
- Present yourself professionally in appearance and conduct at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hotel or high-volume dining environment, is preferred. Training will be provided.
- **Skills & Attributes**:

- A **passion for hospitality** and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a **fast-paced, high-volume environment**.
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
- **Availability**:

- Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
